Ana I think you should change a bit the direction of the force to make the premolar go more palatal .
attention you are having a lot of inflamation.

As you might have seen on FB, I have analyzed the movement and I think it is fine also on the left, so I reconsidered my previous suggestion and I would leave everything as before.

just add some ipr between the premolars on the left, to facilitate 2.4 lingual movement.
