In the course fee are not included:

• Travel expenses
• Visa Expenses
• Lodging and meals.
• Pliers and wires for the practical activity.
• Digital Models for case presentations (during the second part).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Full reimbursement will be provided in the event of IOSS canceling or postponing the course for any reason. Alternatively, you may opt for a credit that can be applied to one of the courses scheduled for the following years.
• Should you choose or be required to cancel your participation before March 1st, 2025, refunds will not be granted. However, the total of the downpayments you have made can be applied as credit towards another residential course (to be attended no later than 2027), should you decide to do so.
• Should you choose or be required to cancel your participation before May 1st, 2025, refunds will not be granted. However, the downpayments you have made, with a deduction of CHF 1,500 can be applied as credit towards another residential course (to be attended no later than 2027), should you decide to do so.
• Cancellations received on or after May 1st, 2025, will not be eligible for either a refund or a credit.
