Hi Renata,
Her prosthetic work is unfortunate. She is so pretty, but for some reason I think she looks older than she really is. How old is she? I would be afraid to make her look older if her upper front teeth are retracted, because she will have less soft tissue/lip support as well as it would make her nose look even larger. I think her strong Pogonion makes her profile appear less Cl II than she really is. I would consider mandibular repositioning or surgery. Her throat length is a bit short and she has excess tissue there, lengthening this area would help aesthetically. Bruxism is also wearing down her teeth which may decreasing her vertical support, some sort of night guard would help her from continuing to damage her teeth, prosthetics, and loss of vertical dimension.

Dear Reni,
I would not retract her upper front teeth. Repositioning, surgery, or I would do anything else than making her profile flatter.
