I have started the intrusion of 21, the most extruded incisor, before the course
for the upper arch treatment we decided to close the diastema by rotating the 2 units represented one by teeth 13,12,11 and the other by 21,22,23 (these are the active units)
the RU for upper jaw will be 16 and 17 solidarized by a TPA
for the lw jaw we decided 3 stages of treatment
St 1
AU 48-37 that need uprighting and 37 needs lingual displacement
43-45 buccaql displacement
RU front teeth, lw left premolars
St 2- incisors intrusion
AU front teeth
RU all the other teeth
St 3- premolr derotation
AU 34, 35
RU 33-37, 43-47,48
