Hi all. I'm adding my case. I did some small changes according to what we discussed. I'm intruding upper incisors minimally. 0.2mm, Mainly proclining them as well as lower incisors.
We discussed that I would need TPA actived for derotation of molars acting as anchorage unit. And to distalize first premolars from lingual side because of their rotation.
I suppose by distalizing the premolars, the position of dystopic canines will start to improve by itself. But I will need some force system to upright them I think.
Should I use cantilevers for this? Any comment will help :) Thanks

All the others, please refer to this presentation as an excellent job.
The movement of 13 and 23 in phase 2 has to be reevaluated, because, as you say, they might improve spontaneously.
Please consider, before uprighting and retracting, that their position requires some lingual displacement and distal rotation as well, that could be solved with a simple cantilever:
