I really don't know the reason. Nevertheless, dr Giorgio and prof Melsen always recommend doing measurements ourselves. There is always a difference between the measurements that we do and technician measurements. So if it comes empty is not a big deal

How do I find symmetry line if I don't have first molars in the upper arch?
I'm referring to the case of Arellano (Renata).

This is the most complicated part of the occlusogram and in the webinars we have discussed it extensively.
To decide the symmetry axis, you should always start from the smile, in her case, the upper midline is centered with the face and lip, so the symmetry axis should cross this point.
You normally start from the molars, but if you don't have them, you can use other references. In the example, I imagine the molar to be in a more palatal position to respect the midline. So, I am deciding to consider the arch having a transversal asymmetry.
Please go through the recordings carefully.

Thank you.
I listened to the webinar that talks about it, but I couldn't find the extraoral photo in the software.
Does the software enable those photos?
