Designing an appliance

Hi everyone,

I have a case which I need help in designing an appliance. She is a surgical Cl III relapse and we decided on extracting LR1 to help with her edge to edge bite. I made a DMA to show the movement I want but I'm stuck with how to design an appliance to achieve what I would like. I remember Giorgio presenting a similar case but I couldn't find it in the electronic textbook. I tried closing space using sliding mechanics but in the middle of treatment I realized this will not accomplish I wanted. I would like to achieve some positive OJ and to also help her edge to edge tendency in the LR canine area. Patient is only getting one arch treatment. Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks, Anne
